Nkechi Ndu is an up-and-coming social entrepreneur devoted to individual and community transformation. With over 10 years of experience in management consulting and human resources, she has overseen projects as diverse as information technology, and community relations, in industries ranging from aviation, nonprofit programs, to energy.

Reared around those in public eye and owing to her background, Nkechi gained keen insight into the significance that personal branding has on one’s advancement. Ever since she was an itty bitty girl, Nkechi was surrounded by elegant fashionistas and was intrigued by the altering effect that a commanding presence, coupled with personal excellence could have on one’s outcomes. Over the years, with her style acumen, Nkechi became the go-to person that others sought advice from on appearance and personal effectiveness. Instead of simply classifying clients to a type, she offers clients a path to authentic style and self confidence. Culling from her gifts and training, Nkechi found the perfect impetus to function effectively as a multi-dimensional change agent helping people, teams, and organizations. Now that she has come full circle into her life’s calling, Nkechi was led to share her style magic with at-risk men and women beginning life over again. She has aided others in finding work by presenting career and personal development workshops and has also developed a youth leadership program.

As a reporter, Nkechi has covered fashion runways and has written extensively on organic living. Not only has she honed her knack for versatile style since birth, she has also trained with leading industry experts including Sci Art Global and the illustrious celebrity stylist, Joe Exclusive. Nkechi studied Biopsychology and Women’s Studies at UC Davis and also holds a Master’s Degree MA in Organizational Management from the esteemed Antioch University of Los Angeles. In her spare time, Nkechi facilitates groups, performs voiceovers, checks out art and music festivals, and seizes many an opportunity to have cake.
